For group bookings of 10 or more guests, a £10 deposit per person is required to secure the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be redeemed against the final bill on the day of your booking.
Deposits are required to help us mitigate last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and to prevent speculative or non-genuine bookings that affect availability for other guests.
2. Final Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your booking.
After this time, the confirmed number will be treated as final for billing and seating arrangements.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Deposits for guests who do not attend (no-shows) or are cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking will be forfeited.
For a full cancellation within 48 hours, all deposits will be retained as a cancellation charge.
4. Dining Duration
Groups of up to 15 guests are allocated 2.5 hours of dining time.
Groups of more than 15 guests are allocated 3 hours of dining time.
Any extended time required must be discussed and agreed with management in advance.
5. Set Menu & Pre-Order Requirements
For groups exceeding 12 guests, the set menu is required to ensure timely preparation and a smooth dining experience.
For groups of 12 guests or fewer, you may choose either a set menu or a pre-order from our main menu.
6. Allergies & Dietary Information
All allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated to our team prior to your visit.
Our kitchen handles all major allergens, so cross-contamination may occur despite all precautions.
